We want you to love your Ogee products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original condition. Our goal is to ensure your skincare journey is seamless and rewarding from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
